Harvest

A five clone blend picked between March 16th and 22nd.

Fermentation

Cold settled clarified juice was tank fermented in stainless steel at 15-20°C for fourteen days. Post fermentation the wine remained on yeast lees for a further two months before being prepared for bottling. Part of this included an isinglass fining. The wine was bottled in early July.

Style

Fruit driven, stone fruit and tropical fruit flavours. Full mouth feel with balanced acid and long flavour length.
