The Ritz Carlton in Singapore invited Salitage winemaker, Patrick Coutts..........

The Ritz Carlton Millenia Singapore held its 9th ANNUAL NEW WORLD OF FOOD AND WINE FESTIVAL between the 13th & 19th August 2007.......... Patrick Coutts, our winemaker, was there on behalf of Salitage and presented 'A Decade of Salitage Pemberton Blends'.
Salitage also partnered degustation dinners, one with David Lee from Canada and the other with the famed Melbourne chef Jacques Reymond. The food-wine matches were outstanding and it was a privilege to be involved in such an event.
